The fastest way: in the app
If you still have TajaFarm installed, deletion is immediate:
- Open the TajaFarm app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete Forever.
Your account is erased straight away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app
Email us from the address registered on your TajaFarm account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request came from your registered address and complete deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What happens to your data
Deleted permanently
- Your login and profile — name, email, phone number
- Membership tier and any remaining wallet balance
- Saved delivery addresses, landmarks and location coordinates
- Push notification tokens and notification preferences
- Any images you uploaded, such as payment vouchers
Kept, but fully anonymised
Records of past orders and payments are retained as business and tax records, as required for financial accounting in Nepal. Before they are retained, every field identifying you is erased — name, address, phone number and GPS coordinates are all removed, and the records can no longer be linked back to you.
A remaining wallet balance is forfeited on deletion. If you want a refund, request it before deleting your account.
